Summer Farm and Science School at Crown Point
Summer Address:

Cycles and Seasons on the Farm
Learn to tell time with the sun. Watch caterpillars transform into butterflies and polliwogs morph into frogs. Follow your food from the field to your plate!
Celebrate the cycles of life on a farm as you work and play at Crown Point Ecology Center.
Come and explore the farm from field to forest, barns, gardens and pond.
Along the way, you'll harvest and prepare food for daily snacks, play team-building games and even learn how to set-up and run a children's farm market!
Through investigation activities and unlimited discovery you'll learn how plants, animals and people grow and change in a farm community.
Crown Point's 130-acre center is a living classroom that awakens children's sense of wonder through activities and games rooted in ecology, art, math, music, and language arts.
