The Summer Music Institutes provide multifaceted opportunities for young musicians’ artistic growth. Through intensive institutes focused on Harp, Chamber Music, Guitar, Choir, Piano and Music Theater, SMI offers unparalleled opportunities in musical instruction. At the same time, students form new friendships through camp camaraderie. Students participate daily in ensembles, coachings and classes including music history, music theory, conducting and other seminars with faculty and guest artists. Each student has an opportunity to perform and every institute finishes with a group concert. Our world-class faculty foster a nurturing and professional atmosphere, in which students experience the highest level of musical training. Students may sign up for one or more weeks from July 18-August 12, starting at $215 per week.
