Professional filmmakers will coach youth as they write, direct, shoot, edit, and premiere a film of their own conception. Upon graduation, they have the option of obtaining a Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers (CSIF) membership which allows them to continue to pursue filmmaking as a career or hobby through the use of CSIF facilities and programs including film equipment, studio space, on-going workshops, screenings, and networking opportunities with local and visiting filmmakers.
