We are excited to offer two wonderful opportunities for ages 12-18: a Junior Camp and a Senior Camp. Both camps offer classes in dance, voice, and acting and the final day will culminate in an informal presentation where students share their work with one another.

·        Junior Camp for ages 12 -13: This year we have two sessions of Junior Camp to choose from: 10:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-6:00pm. Students will take classes in dance, voice and acting for musical theater.

·        Senior Camp for ages 14-18: 10:00am-6:00pm. Students will take classes in dance, voice and acting for musical theater and participate in afternoon master classes and studio workshops.

At the 5^th Avenue Musical Theatre Summer Camp the emphasis is on professional training. Our mission is to offer students access to some of the best teachers and performers working in the world of musical theatre today. All classes, studio workshops and master classes are taught by working theatre artists with extensive professional credits on Broadway, at nationally recognized musical theatre companies, and at The 5^th Avenue Theatre.

Past instructors have included Broadway performers Anne Allgood, Patti Cohenour, Allen Fitzpatrick, Stephen Reed, James Rocco and Carol Swarbrick. The 5^th Avenue Artistic staff including Producing Artistic Director David Armstrong, Associate Producing Artistic Director Bill Berry, Musical Director Ian Eisendrath, Artistic Associate Albert Evans, and Seattle’s own David Bennett and Dannul and Tinka Dailey have also contributed their talents and knowledge of the craft to the students of the Camp.

We are thrilled to welcome many of our past instructors back to Summer Camp in 2009, as well as introduce students to many new and exciting teachers.
