Laxunderground's Summer Skills Camp is designed to teach young athletes better individual skills - from stick handling to shooting to defending and a greater understanding of team play concepts.
We focus on the improvement of individual and team skills, athletic ability, sportsmanship, leadership, and confidence in a fun and positive atmosphere.
Players learn stick skills, defense, offense, team play as well as improving players own athletic ability by integrating stretching, running form, agility drills, speed development-lateral speed, acceleration and conditioning.
Our camp is great for beginners to advanced lacrosse players. Athletes are divided into groups based upon their skill level.
