OVERVIEW

Theatre Arts Camp Junior, NIU Jazz Camp, Visual Arts Camp, and Theatre Arts Camp Senior offer thespians, jazz musicians, and visual artists a dazzling week on a college campus.  Campers are engaged in non-stop arts activities, working with the best instructors in the region.

These intensive camps are for students who take their art seriously, and who like to have fun.  Campers stay in newly renovated, lovely residence halls on campus, eat in university dining halls, and enjoy recreational activities. Camp staff are highly respected faculty, alumni, and students from the NIU College of Visual and Performing Arts.  These popular camps attract a loyal following, with about one-third of campers returning the following year.
