Technique Swim Camp
Summer Address:

The Technique Swim Camp at Harvard and Northeastern Universities specific focus is on stroke technique, mental discipline, race strategy and strengthening exercises, while also emphasizing respect, cooperation and most importantly, the element of having fun while swimming.
The Technique Swim Camp at Harvard and Northeastern Universities consists of two programs dedicated to improving the performance of swimmers:
Novice Camp: geared towards younger swimmers ages 7-13. It includes an introduction to the technique of all four strokes and competitive swimming.
Young Competitor: for advanced swimmers ages 7-8. They cover all information provided under the competitive camp, but fall under the Novice camp based on their age.
Competitive Camp: focused specifically on stroke technique,mental discipline and race strategy. It is for swimmers ages 9-17.
