The Ranch:
2,360 acres of rolling plains and pine forests comprise Teton Valley Ranch Camp’s new home. The scenic property lies just 10 miles west of Dubois, WY and 70 miles east of Jackson Hole. Nestled among ridges and valleys and set four miles back from the road, it is a true secluded western ranch.
Teton Crest Trip:
The adventure continues. Join TVR Expeditions for a two week backpacking trip along the magnificent Tetons. The Teton Crest Trip is for individuals who are between the ages of 15 and 17 years and are enthusiastic about adventure in the outdoors. While on the trail, students will learn mountain safety, first aid, weather safety, wilderness ecology, fire safety, minimum impact camping, outdoor cooking, nutrition, and team building. The goal of the Teton Crest Trip is to reconnect with the wilderness, meet new friends, increase mountain awareness, and further backcountry knowledge. The trip is open to TVRC alumni as well as other interested individuals.
Family Camp:
Beginning in the summer 2007 you can enjoy the Teton Valley Ranch Camp experience as a family. We are now offering five fun filled days of hiking, riding, campfires, activities, and overnights. Be a part of history and join us for Ranch Week.
Each family has their own log cabin nestled in the Aspens along the camp green. Wake each morning to the sound of bugling elk and fall asleep at night under a blanket of stars. Learn your child's favorite camp songs and sing together at campfire. Summit a peak together, catch a trout in a mountain lake, explore the backcountry on horseback, and enjoy the wonders of Wyoming.
