The Art Pad
Summer Address:
Our instructors are artists and teachers who enjoy sharing their knowledge and passion for art. The Art Pad inhabits an old stone house in Central Austin. Our tree-shaded playground has plenty of space to play during breaks or lunchtime.
Camps are available half-day (8:30 - 11:30am and 12:30 - 3:30pm) or full-day (8:30 - 3:30) weekly from June 9 to August 22 (closed the week of July 4).
Tuition per week for ages 6 -12 is $170 (+$20 materials fee) for half-day and $3

Art in a Nutshell - Austin artist, Ismael Cavazos, leads the discovery of images in the patterns of natural objects - even peanuts! June 9 - 13 (8:30 - 11:30am) August 18 - 22 (12:30 - 3:30 pm), Ages 6-8 and 9-12, $170 + materials
Art Cars - We'll take old toy cars and trucks and have a blast transforming them into miniature art cars. June 9 - 13 (12:30 - 3:30pm) Ages 6-8 and 9-12, $170 + materials
Mural Painting - We encourage kids to make a scene, on our fence that is. June 16 - 20 & June 23 - 27 (8:30 - 11:30am) Ages 6-8 and 9-12, $170 + materials
Mosaic Sculpture - Create figures and unique formations for original mosaic art. Build, shape and construct art in 3D. June 16 - 20 (12:30 - 3:30pm) Ages 6-8 and 9-12, $170 + materials
