The Monarch School offers a 5-week summer program to serve students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (Autistic Disorder, Aspergers Disorder, PDD-NOS), Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Tourettes Syndrome, Mood Disorders (Bipolar Disorder, Depression), Anxiety Disorders, and other neurological differences. Students will be exposed to a variety of strategies that they can practice during the five weeks. Additionally, students and parents gain much information about the students learning styles. In grades preK 8, the primary focus is on relationship development, executive functioning and self-regulation. If a student is a regulated learner, then academics may be a part of their program. Activities enrich academic components.
