The Monarch School offers a 5-week summer program to serve students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (Autistic Disorder, Asperger’s Disorder, PDD-NOS), Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Tourette’s Syndrome, Mood Disorders (Bipolar Disorder, Depression), Anxiety Disorders, and other neurological differences.  Students will be exposed to a variety of strategies that they can practice during the five weeks. Additionally, students and parents gain much information about the student’s learning styles. In grades preK – 8, the primary focus is on relationship development, executive functioning and self-regulation. If a student is a regulated learner, then academics may be a part of their program. Activities enrich academic components.

The summer program runs for 5 weeks, Monday through Thursday from 8:30-2:30.  For 2008, the summer program dates are June 16th - July 10th.  Attendance for the entire length of the program is strongly encouraged.  For more information, please visit the website.
