Spend part of your summer at The Second City where you can work out your creative muscles in our improvisation camps for ages 9-17. The Second City has launched the careers of countless actors, writers, directors and producers, and has influenced American comedy like no other theater. Our summer programs attract students from all over the country and abroad. Learn new skills and meet new friends. Students are grouped by age. Camps are held at The Second City Training Centers in Chicago, Detroit, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York and Toronto.  Programs and schedules vary by location.

In Novi, Michigan, summer camps are two-weeks long with classes on Monday through Thursday each week.  Morning sessions are 9 am - 12 pm, and afternoon sessions are 1 - 4 pm.  Cost of a two week camp is $200 per student.  Improvisation training helps build skills such as listening, team building, communications, self-confidence, problem solving and empathy.
