As a Technical and Tactical program, we run sessions based on these main points:

- Good first touch / Touch away from opponent

- Receiving the ball out of the air

- Dribbling with speed, and accuracy - turning techniques

- Vision training (seeing the whole game)

- Faints and fakes, skilled moves in motion

- Agility and footwork drills - fitness and explosion

- Movement off the ball

- Small sided games (1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, attacking and defending work)

Day Camp

Arive 8:30

Session 1 9:00-11:00 (Constant Touches on the Ball)

Lunch 11:15 (paid for in Camp cost)

Session 2 12:00-2:00 (Touches with a purpose... Little bit of Tactics with a lot of Technique.)

Tournament Games 2:00 - 3:00 (Players compete in their age appropriate and skill appropriate brackets for a tournament crown.)

Pick Up 3:30

Residential ($235 for overnight camp)

Morning Run 6:30 - Optional for those who are interested (Coaches will be there)

Breakfast - 7:00-8:00 (provided in camp cost)

Session 1 9:00-11:00 (Constant Touches on the Ball)

Lunch 11:15 (paid for in Camp cost)

Session 2 12:00-2:00 (Touches with a purpose... Little bit of Tactics with a lot of Technique.)

Tournament Games 2:00 - 3:00 (Players compete in their age appropriate and skill appropriate brackets for a tournament crown.)

Break 3:30-4:30 (most players will need to rest up and relax)

Dinner 4:45-5:45 (paid for in Camp cost)

All-Star game 6:00-7:00 (players who showed improvement and quality durring the day) (Day campers can come back for this...)

Campers VS Coaches 7:00-8:00 (chance to beat your coach) (Day campers can come back for this...)

ShowerUp 8:00-9:00 (clean up and get ready for night)

9:00 Younger Lights out (7-10year olds)

10:00 Lights out (The morning comes early...)
