Happy Hooves Stables is located on an historic equestrian estate in Lumberton,New Jersey, close to Cherry Hill, Mt. Laurel, Mt. Holly, Marlton, Tabernacle, Southampton, and Tabernacle. This idyllic setting is the perfect place for your child to experience farm life first hand.  Fenced paddocks, graceful shade trees, pond and waterfall lend charm to a wonderfully kid-friendly equestrian program. We use the secure-seat method and official pony club games on horseback to increase confidence and safety.  Our counselors are horse-savvy and upbeat instructors, who love to see children experience the joy of learning to care for and ride our safe lesson horses and ponies.  From mucking out stalls, to baking horse treats, natural horsemanship groundwork exercises, and horse tricknometry, our camp does it all!! Camp director, Linda Coffman Moser, MCAT, has degrees in education and creative arts therapy.  She has been riding for over 30 years.  Her approach employs lots of praise and a focus on fun!  She will encourage your child to get inside the mind of the horse and uses various exercises such as trust walks, obstacle courses, relaxation techniques, and mind/body connection to help your child become a sensitive, safe & intuitive rider.
