Our Summer Day Camp will be divided into week long sessions focusing on different aspects of the martial arts. We will include the physical aspects of self defense and body conditioning, as well as the mental aspects of conflict avoidance, self image and self control. We will also learn some spiritual aspects of the martial arts such as meditation and character building.

We will have three basic sessions roughly correlating to the three months of summer. These sessions will be broken down into one week sessions focusing on different aspects of training. Campers can sign up for the whole summer, or one week at a time.
