Thompson Island Outward Bound - Intercept
The Intercept program is both an adventure trip and an assessment and prevention program. This 22 day expedition is for young people who are experiencing troubles at home or at school. By challenging themselves in outdoor adventures such as rock climbing, backpacking, and canoeing, they will learn about motivation, good decison making, healthy risk taking and the important of setting goals. Students will learn about teamwork, communication skills, and self-reliance during this challenging outdoor adventure.
