This program will allow your child to challenge him/herself and have fun at the same time. This isn't just letting them go crazy on a punching bag; He/She will learn the art and science of Olympic-style boxing including footwork, punches and defense, as well as, how to safely use all the gym equipment. Your child will be allowed to progress at his/her own pace while being led by USA Boxing Coach, Tony Spain.
