Gymnasts will be grouped by age, ability, and goals on the first day of camp. The student-teacher ratio will be approximately 9 to 1. The day starts with stretching and warm up. Groups then rotate through learning stations . The staff is composed of top-notch NCAA Division 1 gymnasts, the Towson coaching staff, and additional area instructors. The Camp Director is Lynda Filbert, Assistant Coach of the Towson gymnastics program. Coach Filbert has been with the Tiger’s program for 17 years, helped the team post seven Conference titles and 11 NCAA Championship appearances. Coach Lynda Filbert was winner of the NCAA Southeast regional “Assistant Coach of the Year” award twice.
