Travel for Teens: Costa Rica

In short, this was the best trip of my life. Everyone was so kind, positively-minded, and energetic and I absolutely loved my trip directors/counselors! I went on the Costa Rica Adreneline trip and let me just say that it really opens you up to a lot of new things and takes you to a whole new place (literally). I really learned a lot about myself on this trip and everyone was amazing! I am usually a shy person and was worried about meeting new people, but after only an hour or two with everyone, I felt almost at home! After the trip was over as we were saying our goodbyes, we were all crying because we had all become best friends and were going to miss each other. I spent my birthday with Travel for Teens and I can definitely say that it was the best birthday I've had. The hotels we stayed in were all really clean, spacious, and the food was great! Got to love that Costa Rican coffee! Throughout our adventure, we were also given a good amount of freedom. The counselors/directors made sure that we were always safe, but still gave us enough room to do what we wanted in our free time. Every single time I get to travel to a new destination, I simply feel invincible and I greatly thank Travel for Teens for introducing me to that feeling.
