Since 1976, GFC has served all of the Reform congregations of Texas and Oklahoma.  It provides an unforgettable religious, cultural, recreational, and emotional experience for people of all ages.

There are a number of secrets to the success of GFC: First, the campers and their families are unshakable in their commitment that GFC will be a JEWISH camp.  Second, GFC offers a very fine balance between education and recreation.  The camp places a strong emphasis on personal growth and positive self-image.  It is important for our campers to feel good about themselves.  And finally, GFC provides a well-supervised and structured community, with a ratio of one staff member to every three campers.
