University of Illinois Cross Country Camps
The University of Illinois Division of Intercollegiate Athletics has committed itself to the development of a well-rounded cross country summer camp program. A Division One Fighting Illini Head Coach directs each session.
Each day features different scenery and emphasizes a different aspect of training. These sessions feature instruction in hill running, fartlek, interval running, racing tactics, etc. All participants are provided with individual instruction and program advising.
