Van Der Meer Tennis Camps – Sweet Briar, VA. For over 25 years, Van Der Meer Tennis has offered junior and adult summer camps at this private college setting in the rolling hills of Virginia. Located between Lynchburg and Charlottesville on Rte 29, this camp features 3 levels of training opportunities. As well as our development and competitive programs, we also offer our “summer circuit”, an academy level program and tournament schedule for sectional and national ranked juniors. All of these programs offer a minimum of 5.5 hours a day of on-court training. Sweet Briar College has 14 courts, gymnasium, indoor pool, outdoor fields and more. Campers are housed in air-conditioned dorms and have access to all the amenities of the college.
