You can’t become a better athlete by just playing your sport. You need to improve your overall athleticism. The Velocity Sports Nike Summer Performance Series will focus on developing explosive power, increasing your speed, improving agility and reducing the likelihood of injury. The Nike Summer Series Performance Series camps are going to be held on Forsyth Country Day School Campus. The camps will feature both sport skill instruction and Velocity Sports Performance’s unique and proven version of Nike SPARQ training. Each athlete will receive some Nike product and be SPARQ tested. Sport skills will be taught by the Forsyth Country Day Head Coaches lead by former NBA star and Forsyth Country Day School Athletic Director, Rusty LaRue. Basketball- Nike Summer Performance Series Camp Nike Basketball and Sports Performance Camp held at Forsyth Country Day School Campus. Middle School and High School groups June 16-19 1:30 -5 PM SPARQ testing given at camp Velocity Sports Performance will conduct the SPARQ training Rusty LaRue Basketball Academy staff will conduct the basketball skills training FCD campus address: 5501 Shallowford Road, Lewisville, NC Soccer- Nike Summer Performance Series Camp Nike Soccer and Sports Performance Camp held at Forsyth Country Day School Campus. Middle School and High School groups July 21-25 1-4 PM SPARQ testing given at camp Velocity Sports Performance will conduct the SPARQ training Forsyth Country Day School Soccer staff lead by Head Coach Chris Turner will conduct the soccer skills training FCD campus address: 5501 Shallowford Road, Lewisville, NC. Football-Nike Summer Performance Series Camp Nike Football and Sports Performance Camp held at Forsyth Country Day School Campus.
