Wellspring Adventure Camp in North Carolina is among the most fun and most effective summer programs for fitness and weight loss ever developed for children and younger teens. Wellspring Adventure Camp is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for boys and girls 11-18. Even campers who are hesitant find themselves fully engaged in and committed to the program before too long.
