West Coast Winter Adventure

There are two locations to choose from this year,
The ESL camps are taught at SSILCs
Three afternoons each week students will take part in a fun and educational sightseeing or recreational activity led by SSILC staff with English learning as a main component of every activity. Before each activity, students are given an Activity English Assignment, directly related to the activity that takes place that day. Students are expected to complete the assignments while on the activity and hand them in the following morning. These assignments are considered when teachers assign homework and participation marks.
Winter Activities: Skiing or Snow Boarding, Snow Tubing, Ice Hockey, Ice Skating, Indoor Rock Climbing
Places of Interest:: Capilano Suspension Bridge, Grouse Mountain, Science World, Planetarium, Stanley Park, Aquarium, Gas Town, Harbour Centre Look Out Tower
