Wind in the Pines Girl Scout Center
Summer Address:

This beautiful outdoor program facility features all the facilities necessary for camping in a pine forest, including lodges, outbuildings for crafts and shelter and a number of large tents on wooden platforms. The lodges and washhouses have running water, toilets and septic systems.

Tent Units - some contain 7-10 platform tents; some contain 4 platform tents. Available for service unit and troop camping September - October and late April - mid June. Each tent sleeps up to 8 persons. Tent units include washhouses, toilets, running water, kitchen shelter (some are roofed with open sides, and some are 3-sided and roofed) and a fireplace. Two units have hot water and showers. Refrigeration is available at lodges.
Balfour Lodge - available for troop camping September - mid June. Includes a heated lodge with kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a fireplace. Accommodates up to 25 people. Separate sleeping spaces in 4 bunk rooms. Kitchen includes residential size.
