DescriptionBack to top

“Thanks for giving me something to look forward to all year. Wolf ridge is amazing”—camper, 2004 With comments like that, the Summer Camp at Wolf Ridge must be one of the best summer camps around! Our program allows kids to build communication and cooperative skills through games, overnights, and personal challenges while learning about natural and cultural history. Any one of the programs in our summer camp series provides unique opportunities for participants to challenge themselves, learn to work together, and gain an understanding of the environment and how we can affect it. At Wolf Ridge, the clear-water lakes and streams, the indoor rock climbing wall, and the hills covered with maples and birch trees provide the perfect background for making friends, creating memories, and learning at an overnight camp. All activities at Wolf Ridge are unique, exciting, and fun. Each age-group has specific activities that only that age-group will do. Some of these activities are available only by participating in Wolf Ridge's Summer Camp and are arranged on a two year rotation so that a camper can come several years in a row without repeating activities except a few of the adventure activities such as Adventure Ropes, Rock Climbing, and the overnights. Our series of programs build on each other yet allow each group to have a unique experience. Other programs at Wolf Ridge include wilderness trips for teens, leadership training, and arts camp.
