Yoshinkan Aikido of Florida
Summer Address:

Yoshinkan Aikido is a powerful yet non-competitive martial art that exercises the body and the mind, sharpening mental acuity while developing balance and muscle tone – ideal for kids.
This summer camp will give your child a great opportunity to discover the basics of aikido through some fun exercises kids will love. Aikido is based on center oriented movements that invigorate mind and body, which kids will not only enjoy but they will also benefit from them even after they return to school.
The versatile movements and exercises will help kids explore their full movement potential; improve their physical abilities regardless of their present fitness level while building self-esteem and improving self-control and self discipline.
The exercises can be easily practiced by both girls and boys.
The summer camp is instructed by Arpad Balog, a licensed aikido and judo instructor with a vast experience in teaching kids martial arts. He is a massage therapist and movement professional and can help children re-educate their movements through movement therapy.
He also holds first aid and CPR certifications.
