Yunasa
Summer Address:

Yunasa, the Lakota word meaning balance, is a week-long camp experience for highly gifted youth. Yunasa's mission is to teach campers techniques for integrating the intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical aspects of their lives. Yunasa takes place from July 24-July 31 at Camp Copneconic in Fenton, Michigan, an all-inclusive summer camp offering activities from swimming and kayaking to campfires and high ropes courses. Our faculty includes nationally recognized experts in the field of gifted education. This team, along with select counselors, provides a dynamic program for campers. The indvidualized attention each child receives from our faculty and staff provides each camper a unique experience to explore, learn, grow and play!

Yunasa takes place from July 24-July 31 at Camp Copneconic in Fenton, MI. Tuition is $1,350 ($1,250 for early registration) and includes all activities, room and board. Financial aid is available to qualified applicants.
