Sweep through soaring peaks and winding river valleys as you voyage through the beautiful state of New Hampshire. Discover the great outdoors, visit monumental museums, or check out family amusement parks.

Introduce your children to Mother Nature starting with the Kancamagus Highway, which weaves for 34 miles past forests, river views, rocky gorges, and even waterfalls. Stop at White Mountain National Forest, where infinite adventure awaits. Hike around the gorgeous scenery, horseback ride the trails in style, or observe the wild animals afoot. Kids will also enjoy the opportunity to zip line, ski, fish, and kayak—the possibilities are endless.

Entice your child's mind at one of the many museums in New Hampshire. Take your little ones to the Currier Museum of Art, where family activities have a special place. Check out story time in the gallery for children ages 2 to 5, or get some arts and crafts experience in at the creative studio. The Children's Museum of New Hampshire also offers a huge variety of experiences. Consider enrolling your kids in one of the sculpture or science camps. Children can learn about how to perform in theater, grow plants in gardening classes, or even hunt for treasure. With other gems like the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center, your little ones will be able to learn about subjects such as predator and prey in their summer guided discoveries.

Enjoy family fun at Clark's Trading Post, a top-rated center that offers all kinds of exploration. Your kids will love boarding a rustic steam train and learning the history of the railroad. Watch an Acrobatic Troupe do flips, or go for a safari on Segways with the family. With magic shows at Merlin's Mansion and water blaster boats to get wet and wild, there is something available for all ages. If you're still looking for more adventure, high tail it over to Story Land. Hop on the "Roar-o-Saurus" roller coaster or take a spin with the kids in the "Cuckoo Clockenspeil" barrels. Your children will love the ocean-themed spray ground where they can splash and swim around the yellow submarine.
