About Seacamp

Just 30 miles from Key West in the beautiful Florida Keys, Seacamp shows the way to the sense of wonder within you that will last a lifetime. Through its marine science program, underwater exploration and study beckon you to a world apart.

Blue water and coral canyons teeming with invertebrates, fishes and mammals will enrich your understanding of that larger, watery portion of our planet where not only tomorrow will live ... but you, as well!

Seacamp is minutes from the only living coral reef in all America. Here you can see an almost endless variety of marine life forms as they existed eons ago, before some emerged from the sea to become mammal ... and man.

Seacamp is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and your donations are tax deductible. Click here to donate or learn more.

An Invitation to Adventure

Seacampers snorkeling at Looe Key

Our campers come to us from all over the world. We also recruit international staff to add variety to our staff and programs.

We like to hear a mixture of languages at our camp, and encourage youth from all over the planet to join us for a summer. Seacamp is a great place to make friends and share experiences with our neighbors around the world.

What we offer

Seacamp offers a wide variety of courses based on a core set of topics listed below.

During the 18 day sessions at Seacamp, each camper will choose which classes to enroll in based on their interests. One week sessions have a predetermined schedule that incorporates each of the core topics.

Free time before and after meals and classes provides an opportunity to relax or participate in various activities such as fishing, volleyball, free swim, water polo, and much more!

Evening activities include (but not limited to): movie nights, dances, cookouts, science activiy night, guest science speakers, and Keys Koffee House (skits/talent show). A Luau and awards night concludes the session with a feast and regatta.
