Emerging Elites provides a science-supported system of training to meet the developmental needs of talented, committed and competitive middle school, high school and college athletes.
Designed to develop the whole athlete, the Emerging Elites program surpasses traditional training and features a comprehensive approach that includes a diagnostic physical assessment, performance evaluation, individualized workouts as well as educational components.
The Emerging Elites Summer Program has established itself as the premier training program for committed, talented and competitive athletes.The 8-week Summer Program produces unparalleled results. The Emerging Elites coaches are committed to maintaining a small ratio of coaches to athletes, with the average of 1 coach to 10-12 athletes.
