Gold Rush Summer Riding Camp

Our unique program is devoted to providing a knowledgeable and fun camp experience! If your child is in love with horses, this is the camp for them! Our summer camp is designed to teach kids about the horse, horsemanship, and give them the insight into the horse’s nature. The kids get involved with activities such as safety, feeding, grooming, bathing, braiding, saddling, hoof care, a few common medical issues, stall and tack cleaning, horseback riding, and lightly introduce them to the many aspects of Western and English showing. If they go on to become a more serious rider or horse owner sooner or later in life, they will at least have had some experience in what is available. With the help of our diversified farm, many people (even those who already own a horse) have been introduced to and are now enjoying Western and English showing.
