Hartshorn Farm Camp

Students ages 10-12 will spend a week on the farm: meeting, caring for, and feeding our farm animals (horses, alpaca, laying hens, and pigs.) Feeding, watering, brushing the horses, and collecting eggs.

Using science and math skills involved in planting, growing, harvesting, and preparing food. Learning from guests speakers, such as a local beekeeper, herbalist, and local chef. Romp through the maple orchard, pastures, meadows, and the enchanted forest on our daily hikes. Create a garden journal, make an herbal product and gnome/fairy homes in the enchanted forest.
