Students will learn about all components of trial: opening statements, direct and cross examinations, closing arguments, evidence and objections, and courtroom decorum. They will learn from University of Minnesota Law School faculty, members of the Law Shool's award-winning mock trial team, and other law students. At the end of the week, students will participate in a full mock trial.
Students will spend four nights in a University of Minnesota dorm. They will tour the campus. At the end of their busy days, they will participate in fun and engaging activities supervised by law students.
