i am researching the start of an adult railroad adventure camp in indiana. much like a fantasy camp but i cant call it that on the internet. i find lots of resources and codes and regulations for "youth" camps, but nothing for adult camps and nothing regarding a camp with as few as four people as i would have. can anybody point me in some direction for regulations and laws for such a thing?

You might try contacting the American Camp Assocation. They're a great resource and get help you get started and all that. I call and to share and discuss info with them all the time when I have questions about my own summer camp. They have local section offices everywhere, but they are headquartered in Indiana. They've got a toll free number: 888-620-2267. Good luck, your idea sounds great!
