A Special Message from the President of MySummerCamps.com

Hi Camp Owners and Friends, Over the summer, some very exciting changes took place at Target Directories Corp. MySummerCamps.com, along with AllensGuide.com and Summer-Daycamps.com, were purchased by Internet Brands, a publicly traded company on NASDAQ which operates some of the leading web based brands. This is an exciting outcome for us and something I hoped would eventually happen. As you know, I, and the entire team at Target, have poured our hearts and souls into the development of the sites, so to have it recognized by a world leader is quite an accomplishment. Having a leading online marketing company enter the camp industry should prove to benefit the camping world as well. The great news is that I will continue to be responsible for the sites and their operations. Aside from a transfer in ownership, there will be minimal change to the way we do business. We will continue to work out of our office in Toronto with the same dedicated team, including Hagai, Ben, Vijay, Stephen, and the rest of the crew. The majority of your interactions will be with these familiar faces, voices and names. The only difference is that payments will be remitted to Internet Brands’ corporate office, which is located in El Segundo, a community alongside Los Angeles, California. The advantage of being a member of the Internet Brands family is that we’ll have more resources available, which will give us access to new technology, additional tools to drive traffic to our sites, and ultimately we will be able to direct more business to you. If you haven’t noticed yet, we have already redesigned MySummerCamps.com in order to improve the sites speed, navigation, and the total user experience! Thank you for your support! I look forward to working with you this season. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time. Best regards, --- Evan A. Heltay President
