| Counselors are responsible for the care and safety of campers; carrying out the Resident and Day camp programs; and providing positive role models for campers in accordance with our YMCA core values.
Counselors must be at least 18 years of age, have the ability to lead activities, be a group leader, and be flexible.
Cabin counselors live with a co-counselor and 10-12 campers for 13 day sessions. Staff receive 2 evenings off (6pm-midnight) during the session, and Fri. evening - Sun. morning off between sessions. |
