SUMMER OVERNIGHT DANCE TEACHING STAFF Since every staff member at an ADTC overnight camp plays such a key role in the level of our success, we say that you need to think of yourself as our CEO ("Chief Experience Officer"). For ADTC campers, you will be taking the place of their parent/s while they're at camp. And your role is complex: role model, disciplinarian, psychologist and friend, sometimes all at once. As for parents, you may be the only ADTC staff member many parents ever speak with at camp. So to campers and parents, you ARE American Dance Training Camps. We are looking to hire people who are passionate about dance and sharing their love of dance with girls. When not teaching dance classes, ALL ADTC staff will help out around the camp as camp counselors. This includes helping with any and all facets of our day and evening activities, both camper-mandatory and camper-optional, as assigned by the Program Director. We are hiring for the following on-site overnight camp summer contract positions in Stratton, VT; Squaw Valley, CA; Lake Forest, IL; & Baltimore County, MD, Lawrenceville, NJ; Asheville, NC; Kerrville, TX; Winter Park, CO; Nosara, Costa Rica.
