The days are growing shorter and the temperatures a little colder, marking autumn’s arrival in the mountains. Leaving the long days of hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, rock climbing and all of the other fun summer activities behind, right? Not exactly. Before the winter sets in and the snow begins to fall, the Colorado mountains still have a lot to offer. On a clear fall day, little compares to the trembling yellow aspens against a bright blue Colorado sky, and there are few better ways to enjoy the sight than on these hikes and drives.
