The Aspire Youth Summer PRogram is designed for kids ages 9-14 to increase their level of physical fitness through fun activities. Social interaction, enjoyable activities, and encouraging better and sustainable movement habits will foster long term physical outcomes. Educational modules are included, such as metabolism, fad diets, designing healthy meals and snacks, dining out, vitamins and minerals. A healthy snack is provided each day, with an opportunity for the kids to plan the group snack. The maximum number of participants is 16, with a 1:8 ration of staff to participants.
