For the first day of Boot Camp, kick off by baking delicious home-style cakes!
Bake and assemble a streusel coffee cake adorned with berries, and nuts. Next, you will learn to bake carrot cake loafs slathered with cream cheese frosting, followed by an upside-down apple cake drizzled with sweet caramel sauce.
The second day of Boot Camp will have you rolling, cutting, piping and filling!
You will learn to bake delicious Linzer cookies from Austria filled with mouth-watering preserves. On the same day, you will also learn how to make choux paste, and turn it into beautiful puff pastry art.
Get ready to bring home scrumptious cupcakes after the third day!
Look forward to biting into a Hostess-inspired cupcake comprised of a moist chocolate cake base finished with a swirl of cream cheese frosting. Next, learn to make a cookies and cream cupcake topped with a dainty cookie garnish. We will also show you how to transform simple vanilla cupcakes into gourmet cupcakes using flavoured Swiss Meringue Buttercream, decadent chocolate ganache and fruit!
On day four, you will learn to bake these flavourful treats and impress your friends and family with macarons!
Learn to whip up batches of French and Italian Meringue shells. Pipe creamy fillings such as Salty Caramel and discuss the best flavour pairings! For the finale, give the macaron shells an artisanal finish, by dusting and painting.
We saved the best summer treat for the last day of Boot Camp, as we finish off with a day of ice cream!
We start off with a cheesecake ice cream, followed by salted caramel and chocolate ripple flavours. Cross the Boot Camp finish line, by sandwiching your ice cream between cookies or presenting them beautifully in Tuille cookie cups!
