Take on an executive role within your team as your team prepares to win the business plan competition. Competition judges, themselves successful investors and inventors, select the first place team from each session and then the grand finale champion for the year. The top team attends and is recognized at the Keiretsu Forum's Angel Capital Expo.

Workshops to Develop Essential Skills for Aspiring Young Entrepreneurs 16-19:
Aspiring entrepreneurs will compete in teams to invent and design an actual product and make a two minute "crowdfunding" video. Each student will negotiate for a job on the team and then collaborate to invent a new product, along with pricing model, and a sales, marketing and distribution plan which they will present and defend. Students will learn and practice business and entrepreneurial skills including design thinking, teamwork, leadership, collaboration, problem solving, idea conceptualization and public speaking. Entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley will lead the workshop using a unique learning model developed by business leaders at General Electric, called. "Learn-Do-Check-Act."
Teams will compete to be judged best product design and crowdfunding video. The winning team upon meeting the eligibility requirements, set our at the beginning of the workshop, will receive $1,000.00 in mathcing funds from the founders of BizSmart Global, Mike and Peggy Gibbs.
