Camp Ouareau, established in 1922, is an all girls residential camp situated in the beautiful Laurentian Mountains of Quebec, Canada. We are proud of our innovative linguistic program, as it offers our campers a unique opportunity to experience their second language in a supportive and open learning environment.
Half of our campers are French & half are English. Our small groups of 4 or 6 in a cabin with an overall ratio of 1 staff for every 3 campers supports Ouareau’s mission to provide an emotionally and physically safe environment where girls and young women can discover their true selves.
We offer 2, 4, 6, and 8-week sessions for girls aged 8-16, and 5-day "Junior Camp" sessions for girls aged 6-7.
