Our mission is to introduce youth, teens and adults to the pleasure, nutrition and art of cuisine. The values and traditions toward food found worldwide are the heart and soul of the business.
Over the last six years I have been providing culinary education to youth ages six through eighteen. The classes have been a combination of nutrition, the science of food safety, cooking instruction, table etiquette and tours of food businesses. A week-long program includes day trips to local markets, farms, bakeries and other food-based tours.
Come to one of our sessions open to the public. In addition, the products and services are available to schools and organizations to bring into your community. All of the topics are available for various age groups from aged 7 through adults. Typically groups are organized by ages 7-10, 11-13, 14-18 and adults. You can choose the program that best fits your organization’s needs.
