Imagine yourself this summer escaping from the noise and busy of daily life. Swimming in subterranean rivers, rappelling down limestone ravines, zip-lining over a canopy, scuba diving the Atlantic Ocean, kayaking into a glow-in-the dark bioluminescent bay, visiting caves, making international friends, camping on the beach, dipping in waterfalls, and learning survival skills...
Now, imagine doing it all in one destination: The tropical island of Puerto Rico. 4 weeks (June and July), and each week moving along one cardinal point in our compass. Sounds good?
That’s all possible at Compass Teen Camp. A unique wilderness adventure and residential camp for local and international teenagers and young adults from 11 to 18 years old; with expeditions that venture into the paradise of Puerto Rico’s most exciting and exotic locations, balancing fun, adventure, and educative exploration, while building leadership and outdoor skills. You’ll be immersed in our culture, food, traditions and natural wonders, and you are going to love it.
Activities include backpacking along forests, white sand and sparkling beaches, kayaking along the coast, mangroves, bioluminescent bays, diving and snorkeling through our clear blue waters and colorful coral reefs, engaging in volunteer service with the local community, horseback riding, campfire under the stars, surfing, rappelling, rafting and the list keeps on going.
