Day and Overnight.

Deeper Faith. Stronger Relationships. Greater Adventures.

Voted #1 by parents! Deer Run has premier Day and Overnight on 150 beautiful, private wooded acres of Tennessee rolling hills where campers and families discover strengths, complete challenges, and create life-long memories while having fun, being adventurous, unplugging, and connecting with each other.

Deer Run makes it a priority for camp staff to actively engage each camper and create a fun and safe environment. Counselors and staff are the heart of Deer Run and a large part of what makes your child's experience so amazing. They genuinely love spending time with campers. They listen with understanding and get to know each camper, encourage them, and provide them with positive role models. In fact, many campers are greeted by name year after year by returning counselors.

Campers want to come back again and again because of the community they experience at Deer Run.

Older campers, grades 5-6, also participate in ax throwing, giant swing, and canopy zip lines.

OVERNIGHT CAMP
1-week camps for completed grades 3-10
2-week camps for completed grades 6-10
Sunday 4 p.m. to Friday 5 p.m

Each activity throughout the week provides unique opportunities to encourage campers to become confident and remain grounded and strong when life's challenges arise. Each day is filled with fun, laughter, encouragement, friendship, connecting with each other, and learning more about God's truths.

Individual cabin groups stay together for lake activities (see above), climbing tower, lazer tag, zip line adventures, archery range, archery tag, disc golf, rec games, giant swing, ax throwing, and more. Two-week camps include an off-site adventure excursion.

Additional benefits for Overnight Campers include:
acclimate to the camp experience
establish deeper relationships with their cabin group
spend more time with their staff leader (who invests additional time mentoring them)
participate in more outdoor recreation
have a longer period-of-time with less distraction from the outside world
have more time to learn about God's love and truths
