This week long yoga camp allows participants to make new connections, build self-confidence, decrease anxiety, promote community awareness and gain leadership skills. This program will include a basic introduction to yoga (no experience needed) and its fundamental elements in a fun, safe and social setting. Along with yoga the days will be filled with team building games, creative expression activities and community service outings. This camp is suitable for participants 12 and up!
