Located in the Green Mountains of Vermont, less than 45 minutes from Burlington International Airport, The Kid's Culinary Academy of Vermont offers an extensive week of training for kids who are interested in learning and expanding their Culinary Knowledge.
In 2010 we offer not only full culinary training in our complete commercial kitchen and Bake Shop but also training in aquaponics (integrated growing of tilapia fish and culinary micro-greens) in our greenhouse, organic square foot gardening, shitake mushroom growing and harvesting, olive oil herbing, organic food nutrition , Bee Keeping and much, much more. Our culinary training includes:
