Mad Science offers 5 completely different camps this summer, inlcuding: NASA! Jr. Astronauts, Crazy Chemworks, Spy-entists and Sports, Science in Motion, and Rockin' Rockets. Each camp is filled with 5 days of fun and exciting hands-on experiments, including things that the Jr. Mad Scientists will create and take home.
In the NASA! Jr. Astronauts camp, the campers will learn about space, being an astronaut, and model rocketry...just to name a few.
In Crazy Chemworks, the campers will get to create their own concoctions while learning about acids and bases, states of matter, chemical reactions, and much much more!
In Spy-entists and Sports, the campers will get to learn about gravity, the environment, and how sports are directly related to science...all while doing many exciting experiments themselves.
During the Science in Motion Camp, the campers will learn how to make a catapult, and build one to take home. They will learn how simple machines work, and explore the beginnings of flight through the study of birds.
In the Rockin' Rockets Camp, the campers will learn all there is to know about the parts of a rocket, the stages of flight, and they will build different types of flying objects including a model rocket of their very own to take home.
