The Regis Swim Clinic's main focus is on individual stroke analysis and instruction along with work on starts and turns. Each swimmer will be video taped above and below water with analysis and specific drills for each swimmer. We will also have dryland training, a swim practice, and various talsk such as race strategy throughout the clinic.
